Is there a free plan?
Section titled “Is there a free plan?”Yes. All three ShopRail apps include a free tier — no credit card required. You get 5 Auto-Tagger rules, 3 Discount Schedules, and 5 Stock Alert rules (with 1 notification channel) for free indefinitely.
Do I need to install all three apps?
Section titled “Do I need to install all three apps?”No. Each app is independent. Install the ones you need. If you want all three, the Suite subscription (£17.99/month) is the most cost-effective option.
What’s the difference between Single App Pro and Suite?
Section titled “What’s the difference between Single App Pro and Suite?”Single App Pro (£7.99/month) gives you unlimited access to one ShopRail app — the one you subscribe from. Suite (£17.99/month) covers all three apps plus any future modules.
Is there a free trial?
Section titled “Is there a free trial?”Yes — both Single App Pro and Suite include a 7-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial with no charge.
Does ShopRail work on all Shopify plans?
Section titled “Does ShopRail work on all Shopify plans?”Yes. ShopRail works on all Shopify plans including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus.
Where do charges appear?
Section titled “Where do charges appear?”ShopRail uses Shopify’s built-in billing system, so charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. No separate payment method is needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Section titled “Can I cancel anytime?”Yes. Cancel from the billing page inside any ShopRail app. You’ll revert to the free tier at the end of your billing period.
I installed one app and subscribed to Suite. Are the other apps covered?
Section titled “I installed one app and subscribed to Suite. Are the other apps covered?”Yes. The Suite plan covers all ShopRail apps regardless of which one you subscribed from. Install any of the other apps and they’ll be unlocked automatically.
